How can I create a quiz similar to what Dr. Ashley did for the administrative questions, it was an interesting way to engage the class
I used ProProfs to create the quiz. Most learning management systems in schools have quiz creation tools. You can also use Google Forms to create and grade quizzes (http://ashleytan.wordpress.com/2009/11/24/google-forms-quiz/).
